Growing up in an environment with a mindset that vacationing is staying with family members such as grandparents, aunties, and uncles during the Summer, we didn’t know any better until we got to the United States.
As an IT specialist with a very busy schedule working in a large environment, my lovely wife (Francisca) thought about the best way to help me de-stress and also celebrate my birthday and she planned our first cruise vacation as a surprise for me. I have been to so many vacation homes and resorts on land but the vacation my wife put together for me was a new experience entirely from what I was used to.
I was captured by the scenery and the atmosphere on water which was so different from other vacations and the idea of visiting several countries in one trip was phenomenal. I felt like I went into a factory reset and after I came back, I was rejuvenated and I went back to work refreshed. Since my first vacation on the cruise, I have been the one initiating our vacation every year because there is nothing that can be compared to it in my own opinion. Vacationing on water/cruise has become a norm for myself and my wife, and we have extended it to our children.
We have further delved into all inclusive resorts to spare my wife the extra stress of cooking and planning activities especially when we travel with our three adorable children. My wife started organizing trips for other close family members and friends and after a few years of doing this, we brainstormed and decided to extend this experience and expertise to other couples, families and small groups that might need to celebrate or de-stress in one way or the other with the busy world that we live in.
We have decided to give all our customers the best service ever by helping them plan vacations that are second to none and all they have to do is pack their bags, relax, explore, enjoy, have fun and make memories. Looking forward to working with you!
My first vacation in the United States was with the whole family: my parents & siblings and it was to a resort in Kissimmee, Florida. The experience was different, and it felt different. It felt like a real vacation. All we did was pack our bags and enjoyed the week because someone “travel agent” had planned the whole trip with our parents. I didn’t understand the role of the travel agent until I decided to plan a surprise birthday getaway for my husband (James) some years ago. As a wife, mother & nursing professional, it was pretty challenging creating time to research exotic and romantic places we could go. I spent countless hours and after exhausting all options, I concluded out of frustration on cruising. I chose for us to cruise because once we pack our bags from home and unpack our first day on the cruise, the vacation begins with us visiting several countries without repacking and unpacking. Our love for traveling, cruising, vacationing, and seeing beautiful exotic places around the world grew bigger from there.
Considering all the hours spent planing the surprise trip, exploring different options, reading reviews, getting to know our destination, reviewing travel requirements for different destinations, we concluded that not everyone could do that without getting frustrated or lost.
